The Activities at Sunshine Days

 

We provide ongoing programs and activities, such as table games, discussions, music, movies, reading, gardening, exercise and outings, keep residents active, involved and entertained. We also arrange or provide transportation for doctor, dental or beauty salon appointments, or for shopping trips.

At Sunshine Days we provide daily activities such as table games, movies, reading and discussions. This keeps our residents active and engaged while also providing a comfortable atmosphere.

 

Simple Exercise

Simple exercise can help our residents stay healthy and support them as they go through their daily activities. We offer simple exercise to ease our residents aches and pains.  Our staff are experienced and trained to guide unique exercises for all residents.

Outings (Personal & Medical)

We arrange or provide transportation for doctor, dental or beauty salon appointments, and for shopping trips. This allows our residents to get out of the house and safely get to appointments or enjoy a shopping day!
